Ministries :: Worship & Fine Arts
The Fine Arts Ministry of NPC seeks to minister to and on behalf of the congregation, while seeking excellence in all aspects of preparation and performance. We seek to provide a repertoire that encompasses all styles of music and drama as we encourage participation by the greatest number of people. In doing this, it is our goal to meet both the artistic and the spiritual needs of the participants.

We desire to foster and encourage heart-felt worship at NPC, seeking to use various artistic elements which will minister to the broadest range of people. In addition, mindful of the unique, "arts aware" climate of Fairfield County, we seek to build "artistic bridges" to that community. Acknowledging that many artistic masterpieces (musical, visual and dramatic) had their genesis in the church, we wish to re-establish that connection with the artists who worship with us now, or those who may be attracted to the work of Christ through our efforts.

Handbell Choir
Thursday January 12th. - 6:45-7:45 p.m.
Starting  Jan. 19 - Wednesdays – 6:45-7:45 p.m. You don't need to be able to read music.  You don't need to be able to sing on key.  All you need is a willing, joyful heart to be a part of our friendly group!  Please come out and give ringing a try.  It's a great way to "make a joyful noise unto the Lord!"  For more information, please contact Ruth Lettera: ruthie7417@yahoo.com.

A note from the director.

Here at NPC, I aim to teach our Youth choir to sing with all our hearts for Jesus Christ. I want them to know how important it is to make a "joyful noise" unto the Lord. I also hope to teach them to treat one another with love an respect. To "root" for each other and work together as a team. ALL are welcome! We do not audition for the choir, and while we do audition for the spring musical, everyone gets in! The suditions just help me know who is ready and "right" for certain parts.

Blessings,
Jenifer Condon
